Will Caputo of the Beaver Valley Nitehawks is this week’s Young Guns, presented by the Next Shift Network, as he scored four goals and collected an assist in two games.
Caputo, who played for Team KIJHL in the BCHC Prospects Game in November, had two goals and an assist against the Spokane Braves, then added two goals against the Kimberley Dynamiters.
“Will has been playing really well of late, scoring highlight reel goals and using his creativity to make some great passes,” said Nitehawks Head Coach-GM Terry Jones. “Every time he has been on the ice, it seems he creates an opportunity to score.”
In 27 games, Caputo has has five goals and 15 points.
