Nitehawks’ Redding commits to NCAA D3 Anna Maria College

Adam Redding of the Beaver Valley Nitehawks has committed to Anna Maria College in NCAA Division III for the 2024-25 season.

The Spokane, Wash., product had 34 points in 38 games this season.

Redding’s ability to make decisions and play faster improved this season and he feels it’s related to “the speed and talent in the league make time and space hard to find.”

The 5-11, 180-pound forward credited his teammates and coaches for being great and helping him earn the opportunity with Anna Maria.

“They have given me the freedom to play with high confidence, which has made the season one of my favourites over all my time playing hockey,” says Redding. “I am very excited to play at Anna Maria College next season.”

“Adam is a hard-nosed player with a knack for scoring big goals for our team,” says head coach-GM Terry Jones. “He competes hard every shift and is always looking to get better. He leads by example in every way. I look forward to seeing Adam thrive in this next phase of his life.”
